We are officially extending our Port Richmond yoga classes through February and March. Not only are we staying in the neighborhood, but we’re also expanding the schedule to give you more chances to get on your mat.

Our mission has always been about accessibility. That’s why we’re continuing our signature Five Dollar Flows throughout the week. Whether you’re looking for a high-energy Power Flow to start your day or a restorative Slow Flow to wind down, we have a spot for you.

Location & Finding Us
Our classes are held on the second floor of the Polish Army Veterans Association building, located at 3178 Richmond St. (at the corner of Richmond and Allegheny).
The Space: We practice in the expansive second-floor ballroom—a historic neighborhood gem with high ceilings and plenty of room to move.
Getting There: Look for the main entrance on Richmond Street and head up to the second floor.
Parking: Street parking is typically available along Richmond Street and the surrounding blocks in the 19134 area.
Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to navigate the building and get settled on your mat before we begin.
How to Join Us
Classes fill up quickly, especially our evening and weekend slots. We recommend booking in advance to secure your space.
