Mid-class, we move through a vigorous, but intentional power-style flow. I love to end class with a more yin-style format, a long luxurious savasana, and meditation.

What to expect from my class: I believe yoga is a practice of coming home to yourself again and again by learning to notice, trust and honor what you need in each moment. My classes are meant to support that process and create space to move with presence, intention, and curiosity as you set the tone for your day.

Favorite Thing About Philly: There is a raw honesty to Philly that is absolutely beautiful. It unapologetically embraces its real and imperfect self, and it expects you to do the same. That, to me, is at the heart of yoga too: keep showing up, keep being real, and trust that it's enough.
